Plus Size Summer Style with Society+

Look at all of these cute outfits!!!! Society+ was kind enough to send me a few pieces to review, so I did a full plus size try-on haul over on YouTube, and I wanted to show you how I styled all of them!

Society+ is a plus size indie brand that has started manufacturing their own line in sizes up to 32. The brand champions diversity and inclusivity and I have watched their amazing efforts to continue bringing styles people love by creating their own in-house brand.

In the true spirit of my Summer style journey, I got a few great plus size pieces that I wouldn’t normally think to purchase. My absolute favorite? The silver and gold skirt. This skirt is one of those pieces that I absolutely love but think “I will never have anywhere to wear that”. Over the last several months instead of looking for the individual pieces I’m wearing to stand alone and make or break my outfit, I’ve started relying on my own sense of style to make pieces into whatever I want them to be. I took this metallic skirt and paired it with a Pink Floyd tank top and unzipped booties in my best attempt to make it more casual and rocker-chic, and I think it really worked. To go all in on the casual front I am of course, not wearing a bra. I’m really settling into this whole figuring out my style thing, it turns out I just like very down played clothes and nothing suffocating my boobs. Perfect.
