These are the perfect jean for my babes who are looking for a classic denim feel. These are super high-waisted with a straight fit from thigh to ankle. The jeans are made with a cotton denim look and feel, but with a little added stretch for comfort (lyocell and spandex). My go to jean, I own two pairs of these and think they look perfect with everything. They are also truly bad ass in the wear and tear that they can handle – I garden my heart out in this pair!

Good American Soft Tech Good Legs Straight Jean

I highly recommend this pair for people who are new to wearing denim. They are from the Soft Tech line from Good American and feel like wearing leggings, while looking like sturdy American cotton denim. I don’t know how they do it, but these jeans are truly a gift to plus size people of all shapes and sizes and are far and away the most comfortable jeans that I own.

Universal Standard Etta High-Rise Straight Leg Jean

The jeans are made from a structured denim that is stretchy and designed to look better with wear. They come in a variety of washes including aged indigo and washed black. They are made in sizes 00-40 and are meant to fit those with a less than 10” waist-to-hip difference (leaving more room for big bellies). They are comfortable, and while they look like true american denim they are very flexible and accommodating of movement.

Torrid Sky-High Skinny Premium Stretch High-Rise Jean

Trend watchers say that skinny jeans are out, but there are still plenty of reasons to own a good pair of skinnies! If you are staying true to this silhouette, these are my faves. I love all of the Sky-High line from Torrid. They have an elasticized band on the inside of the waist that makes pulling these on and off super easy. And the photos speak for themselves, these jeans make you look like an absolute bombshell!

Torrid Boyfriend Straight Vintage Stretch Mid-Rise Jean

These Torrid jeans are all about comfort and effortless style. They have a relaxed boyfriend fit with a flattering mid-rise that sits just below your belly button. They’re made from a vintage-inspired stretch denim that’s soft and comfortable, but still holds its shape. Plus, they have a tapered straight leg that’s perfect for showing off your shoes. These have a lower waist, and are great for easing your way away from the high waist trend and trying out something a little bit more revealing.
