Office Wear for Plus Size Ladies

We’re working our way through 100 places to shop for plus size clothing and we’re moving right along into Where To Buy Plus Size Work Wear! Because some people don’t spend their days on the internet looking at clothing and putting it into neat little orderly posts and actually have to leave their houses to go to work! I kind of miss the days when I would wear slacks and get to feel like a fancy lawyer.

To be clear, I’ve never been a lawyer… but my childhood brain told me people who wear fancy clothes are always lawyers.

Whether you’re a lawyer, a teacher, or just an all around boss that likes to get shit done while wearing a great pant suit, this one’s for you!!!

WHERE TO SHOP FOR PLUS SIZE WORK WEAR

Eloquii

Eloquii’s plus size work wear options truly can’t be beat. They’re classic and beautiful while being fun and on trend. Sizes go up to 28, and if I ever have to go back to an office job I’m going to be living in these clothes. Prices start around $40 and you can get a whole pant suit for about $150.

Lane Bryant

LB has been a fat girl staple for as long as I can remember. The reason I’m putting them in the “work wear” category is because I think that’s what they do best. Though they carry a lot of different kinds of trendy plus size clothes, I believe that the biggest bang from your buck from this store comes when you’re shopping for something a little more professional. With sizes up to 28, prices start around $30. Remember that LB’s counterpart Catherine’s goes up to size 34 and carries the same variety of clothing!

H&M

If you’re looking for affordable plus size clothing (who isn’t?) and you’re on the smaller side of the plus spectrum, this store has a few great pieces every season. Sizes up to 24, prices as low as $15.

Macy’s

Macy’s has been a staple in a lot of people’s daily work wear for years. Most of us have access to a Macy’s near us (thank goodness!), did you know that they have even more plus size options online? From affordable tailored plus size suits, to sleek clean knee length dresses, Macy’s has plenty of options for everyone’s work wear needs! Sizes from 14-26 and prices start around $20.

Universal Standard

Universal Standard is true to the name- going from size 0-40, they are setting all kinds of standards for amazing basic pieces! They have many diverse models and styles that range from basic to complex. Lots of these pieces can be mixed, matched, and worn together.

Modcloth

This site has all it’s pieces into categories like “Work Dresses” “Work Pants” and “Work Tops” so it’s really easy to find the plus size professional clothes you’re looking for. All of their plus size clothes are really pretty and colorful!

Avenue

This brand has really cute professional plus size attire. Lots of their pieces are transitional and could be worn at a more casual day job, or dressed up with accessories. Sizes go to 32, and prices start around $25.

CoEdition

CoEdition is a higher end fashion site that caters to plus size people. If you’re looking to make an investment on some beautiful plus size work wear pieces, CoEdition is a great place to look. Their pieces are high quality and fashionable too. Even better, you can use code, FATGIRLFLOW20 for 20%!

LOFT

LOFT added plus size workwear a couple years ago and we’re so happy they did! The sizes start at 16 and go to 26! All of their clothing could be dressed professionally with a little creativity. They have lots of options for trousers and slacks that are comfy and look well suited for plus size work wear and day wear. Prices start at about $40.

I hope you all find FABULOUS workwear that makes you feel killer while you’re killin it at work!!! What’s your favorite thing to wear to work? Are you a pant suit babe or live your life in dresses?
