There’s a long list of clothing items that people would like us plus size babes to consider “off limits”. Fashions that most people readily have access to somehow magically aren’t available to fashion forward fat babes. It’s almost like clothing manufacturers are making the decision about what does and does not look good on our bodies. But we all know, there’s nothing that can hold the fatosphere back – we will find a way to wear what we want! And we want plus size mini skirts!!!

I made it nearly the entire way through last Summer without wearing any mini skirts. When Fall began I realized I had barely showed off my adorably dimpled legs when I had the chance. [/wc_column]

Not this year! This year, I’m ahead of the game and have already got this perfect utility skirt from JDWilliams. [wc_row]

K, so I recently joined the plus-size club & have totally fallen in love with this miniskirt I saw online. It's super colourful and has characters from Fraggle Rock and I love it! But I'm nervous to buy it cos, on top of not having worn a mini for years even before I gained weight, I'm just not used to all this... It's encouraging to see bigger girls looking pretty great in minis, but I worry that the skirt will ride up badly, or my thighs will rub badly, or I'll otherwise be uncomfortable. Any tips?

In th sixties, ribbed tshirts were IT! The sleeves were longer and fitted. BIBA did a lot of them!
